Show us your bedroom: be in with a chance of a £250 refund
We'd love to see your bed at home. These terms explain how the prize works, so everything is clear from the start.
Who is running this
This prize draw is run by Oakworth Furniture Ltd, trading as The Oak Bed Store (Company No. 06779762), 11 Fitzherbert Spur, Farlington, Portsmouth, PO6 1TT ("we", "us").
Who can enter
- You must be aged 18 or over and live in the UK.
- You must have bought a bed frame directly from The Oak Bed Store.
- Our team and their immediate families can't enter.
- Entering doesn't require any extra purchase.
How to enter
You can enter in either of these ways:
- By email: reply to our newsletter, or email sales@theoakbedstore.co.uk, with a photo of your bed in your bedroom. Please include the name and email address you used for your order.
- On Instagram: post a photo of your bed in your bedroom on your own Instagram account and tag @theoakbedstore. Your account needs to be public so we can see your entry.
You can enter by both routes, but each person counts as one entry per draw, no matter how many photos.
The prize
- One winner will receive a £250 refund on the bed frame they bought from us.
- The refund will be paid to the original payment method.
- If the price you paid for your bed frame was less than £250, the refund will be the amount you paid for the bed frame.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred to someone else.
Closing date and draw
- Entries open on 30.10.2026 and close at 11.59pm on 20.11.2026.
- The winner will be picked by our team based on the photo from all valid entries on or around 23.11.2026.
- We'll contact the winner by email or Instagram message within 7 days of the draw. If we haven't heard back within 14 days, we may choose another winner.
- We'll announce the winner's first name, county and winning photo on our Instagram account (with the winners permission).
Your photo
- Your photo must be your own, and must show your bed in your bedroom.
- Please don't include anyone under 18 who can be recognised, or anything offensive or unlawful.
- By entering, you give us permission to share your photo on our website, social media accounts and in our emails, with credit to you where we can. You keep ownership of your photo.
- You can ask us to stop using your photo at any time by emailing sales@theoakbedstore.co.uk, and we'll remove it from places we control.
Your information
We'll only use your name, email address and photo to run the draw, contact the winner and, where you've allowed it, share your photo. We won't pass your details to anyone else for their own use. Our Privacy Policy explains more.
This prize draw isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you confirm you're not holding Instagram or Meta responsible for anything connected with the draw.
The small print
- We may need to disqualify entries that don't follow these terms.
- If something outside our control means we can't run the draw as planned, we may change or end it. We'll update this page if we do.
- Our decision on the winner is final, but this doesn't affect your legal rights.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
