Covid-19 Operational Statement
We're taking orders online and over the phone, however taking care of our customers, employees and service providers is our top priority. As the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve and after careful consideration, we have made the decision to suspend our Room of Choice, Assembly and Removal of Packaging services.
In an effort to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees we will now be providing a contactless and reassuring delivery service. Our dedicated delivery teams will now be providing doorstep deliveries within 7-14 working days from the date of order and we will always contact you in advance to confirm the delivery date and time. We will not be asking for customers to sign for their delivery in order to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. We have also put a number of additional measures in place as our delivery teams will now be fully equipped with masks, gloves and sanitising gel to use before and after every delivery.
As this is a fluid situation, we are continuously reviewing the Government Guidelines.
