In response to our customer's enquiries, our Black Friday Price Promise has been put in place to take the guesswork and stress out of the approaching "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" sales.

Simply put; if you place your order between October 21st - November 30th 2025, and if we reduce your product(s) for a promotion before 3rd December 2025, then we promise to refund you the difference.

All you need to do is send us an email (just reply to your order confirmation email, for example) with your order reference, and we will have any refund due processed within 1 working day.
