We routinely Quality Inspect every item of furniture before it is dispatched from our warehouse. A 'B Grade' product is one that has fallen short of our usual strict finishing standards, but is structurally sound & safe to use and in complete working order.
A 'B Grade' product may have some minor cosmetic issues such as (but not limited to);
- minor surface scratches or imperfections
- small areas of visible adhesive in some joints
- unfinished paintwork on hidden areas
